It doesn't mean that we don't have any "right" to be enrolled in an institution, etc. Trust me. I failed out of university. TWICE. But I'm doing well now. You can do this, too. I didn't like what I was doing though and ended up dropping out but also failed all my classes. I went back this year. Again, the first semester went very well. This semester, I finally got my financial aid sorted.
