Webb5 maj 2013 · So now I want to drag that "8 bar" item out so it plays over and over so I can lay down another long track. But when I drag out the midi item it repeats the whole 8 bars AND one beat. I have managed before to open the item in ME and shrink the whole thing down to 8 bars but it takes a lot of steps and is total buzz kill to the recording process. The MIDI Items that are visible in the MIDI Editor mirror the item selection in the Arrange view, making it much easier to keep track of where you are in the project. By default, the first item selected is flagged by REAPER as the active item, which can be seen and edited.
